And who can resist all his heartfelt expressions of care and his unwillingness to let an impossible situation defeat him? Which is a character trait that’ll surely come in handy, what with all the vipers and backstabbers littering the palace. Lucky for him, he’s managed to outsmart them pretty successfully… for now.

After breaking through the coveted 20 percent viewership last week, KBS’ “Moonlight Drawn By Clouds” continues its climb in the ratings this week!
On September 20, Nielsen Korea released the ratings results for the Monday-Tuesday dramas.
Episode 9 of “Moonlight Drawn by the Clouds” leapt to 21.3 percent, an increase from the 19.7 percent of its previous episode.

The next singer to lend his voice for the “Moonlight Drawn by Clouds” OST is none other than Sung Si Kyung!
For the Part 5 OST of the popular drama ‘Moonlight Drawn by Clouds’, Sung Si Kyung sang the ballad “Fondly, Goodbye”.
The emotions of the lyrics were portrayed very well by the soothing voice of Sung Si Kyung that highlighted the goodbye message of the song. Seemingly a lover stating to her other half to not be sick.

Moonlight Drawn By Clouds has broken the coveted 20% ratings mark! With another ratings increase, it brought in 20.4% for episode 7 on Monday. Episode 8 on Tuesday brought in 19.7%.
Melodrama Monster maintained its second place position with a slight increase to 10.6% on Monday and 10.3% on Tuesday.
Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Goryeo remained in last place with a slight drop to 5.7% for episode 6 on Monday.

“Moonlight Drawn By Clouds” has officially released their latest OST song “Affectionately, Goodbye” by Sung Si Kyung.
The veteran singer actually composed the song himself expressing the love that Lee Young has for Hong Ra On.
“Affectionately, Goodbye” incorporates string instruments and piano to flow with Sung Si Kyung’s calm and sweet voice.
As for the lyrics, they were written by hit songwriter Shim Hyun Bo who sought to express a painful yet affectionate goodbye.

“Filming is difficult,” she said first. “Not only do I have to wear hanbok, but because I’m playing a man, I had to compress my chest. The first shoot was so hard that I wanted to run away. But now I’m enjoying each day. All the actors and staff are having fun filming.”

It is the highest rating the drama got since it’s pilot episode. This also marked as the fulfillment of Park Bo Gum’s 20% rating promise of visiting Gwanghwamun in a hanbok.
